We offer everything from elegant silk red carpet gowns to elaborate beaded gowns to stunning ballroom gowns in sizes 0 – 32. So whether you’re looking for a simple prom dress in a neutral color or a gorgeous gown in bright lime, fuchsia or chocolate that will stand out in the crowd, we have the gown that you have been looking for.

Don’t forget we will not sell the same dress to anyone else at your school,
so register your gown early for the best selection.

Profile Worksheet – Cinderella’s will provide you with a Profile Worksheet as a working document during your shopping experience. This Profile will be used to gather notes such as your measurements, gown selections, colors, accessories or any specifications you may want to take notes.

Gown Sizing – A sales associate will gather three measurements: (bust, waist, and hip). Your measurements will help us determine the manufacture’s standard gown size recommendation. Your normal dress size may not correspond to your gown size, and this is normal. We recommend that you select your gown based on your measurements as compared to the manufacture’s size chart. As a general rule, the client’s largest measurement (bust, waist, and hip) will generally determine the size to be selected, according to the manufacture’s size chart.

Designer Collections – Clients will review each designer’s collection by looking and trying on gowns in the boutique. In addition each designer will provide catalogs for clients in order to review different size availability, color selections, and their entire collection. Clients are encouraged to take notes on their Profile Worksheet. A sales person will assist you in narrowing your selection to the Perfect Gown.

Purchasing Your Gown – Once you are ready to purchase your gown, Cinderella’s Boutique has a Lay-away plan available for your convenience. If Cinderella’s need to order your gown then once your order is placed, we receive an expected ship date from the designer’s manufacture. We usually receive your shipment within 5-10 business days after the expected ship date via UPS Ground Delivery.

Try On – Once your gown has arrived, you will be contacted to try your gown on. You may pick your gown up after you have tried it on or choose our convenient Lay-away Agreement.

Complimentary Pressing – Pressing is available 1 week prior to your event date. After you have completed all of your alterations we ask that you bring the gown into the boutique 1 week prior to your wearing date. Cinderella’s will have your gown professional pressed and steamed waiting for you.

Complimentary Garment Bags – Cinderella’s Boutique will send your gown home in a complimentary garment bag. Your gown is stored in a breathable garment bag with front zipper and hanging pocket. Side gussets allow room for full gowns, ball gowns, and gowns with trains. This is a must in order to keep your gown clean and in great condition!
