Store Policy

Gown Returns

  • A receipt is required for returns or exchanges
  • All original tags must be present on the merchandise
  • Exchange or in store credit for merchandise returned within 14 days of your purchase
  • No cash refunds will be given

Gown Orders

  • A deposit of 50% of the total receipt is required to purchase a gown

Special Gown Orders

  • All sales are final; no exchanges, no cancellations or store credit will be given
  • If you cancel an order all payments are forfeited
  • A deposit of 50% of the total receipt is required to place an order

Group Orders

  • All sales are final; no exchanges, no cancellations or store credit will given
  • If you cancel an order all payments are forfeited
  • A deposit of 50% of the total receipt is required to place an order
  • It is recommended that the group place the order at the same time to prevent dye lot variations

Accessories

  • All sales are final; no exchanges or store credit will be given
  • A deposit of 50% of the total receipt is required for all accessory orders

Lay-away

  • A deposit of 50% of the total receipt is required to place any merchandise on Lay-away
  • Merchandise must be picked up 6 weeks after initial down payment
  • Six week Lay-away is free, however merchandise not picked up after 6 weeks will be assessed a $30 charge

Alterations

  • Alterations charges are at an additional cost
  • All Alterations are outsourced

 Tuxedo Rental

  • $40 deposit is required to process all Tuxedo rentals
  • A 7 day notice is required for all cancellations or your deposit will be forfeited
  • Full payment is due at the time of pick-up
  • Orders must be placed at least 7 days prior to wear date
  • Tuxedos are due back to the store 2 days after wear date
  • If Tuxedos are not returned within 2 days of wear date a $50/day charge will be assessed

  • We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover
  • Checks will not be accepted for final payments
  • All personal checks must be accompanied by a valid Driver License or State I.D.
  • Return check fee is $25
